Sir,
As you know the Government has pleased to grant grace marks to the NSS volunteer certificate holders from the academic year 2009-10. Certificates are issued only the eligible volunteers who have successfully completed 240 hours of regular activities within a continued period of two years and attended one 7 days residential camp. So you are requested to forward the details of volunteers eligible for certificate in the prescribed format given below before 25th February 2010.

The list should be prepared in ascending order of the 1st year examination register number with reference to the admission register to avoid spelling mistakes etc. Handwritten copies should be avoided.
